Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using UnicoOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. UnicoOS is operated by E1 Unico Corporation (Texas). If you don't agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

UnicoOS is a business operating platform providing CRM, invoicing, scheduling, SMS/email campaigns, AI tools, POS, and related features. We reserve the right to update or modify features with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Billing

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Yearly plans are billed in full at signup.
• Free trials do not require a credit card. Paid plans begin after the trial period.
• You may cancel at any time. Monthly plans cancel at end of billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 7 days.

4. SMS & Communications

You agree to use UnicoOS SMS features in compliance with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before sending them text messages. All messages must include opt-out instructions. Misuse of SMS features may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use UnicoOS to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
• Resell the platform without an Enterprise plan

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of UnicoOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you add to your account. We do not sell your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

E1 Unico Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of UnicoOS. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from the Settings page.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
